Requirements

Responsibilities


  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive organic traffic to Lightmen Painting’s website.
    • Oversee the creation of engaging blog content for 'Lightmen Daily' and manage SEO initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality social media content, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the Portland metro area.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with real estate agents, contractors, and other industry professionals.
    • Design and execute promotional offers and marketing material.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead a team of marketing and sales associates, providing training, support, and mentorship.
    • Organize and manage door-to-door sales programs, ensuring team compliance and success.
  • Client Relations:
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships.
    • Oversee the client portal for project transparency and manage the referral program.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing and sales efforts.
    • Prepare and present reports to company leadership, suggesting data-driven improvements.
